I have a query about a product. What is the easiest way to contact you?

I am committed to my customer service and want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. The quickest way for me to answer questions, give advice or help with any problems that may arise with your product drop me a message via my contact link. I aim to reply to all of my customers within 24 hours.

I’m not happy with my product, What now ?

If you are not satisfied with your product or if it defected or damaged, please send me an image within 48 hours of receipt, your satisfaction is important to me, and I will endeavour to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

Help, I’ve not received my package!

If you have not received your package in the estimated time, please contact me via email (samanthafrancesart@gmail.com)  phone or direct messenger and I will investigate further. If I am unable to track your parcel and get it to you, I will issue a full refund. Check out my refund policy for further details.

How do refunds take to process?

It usually takes between 10 -21 days for the product to be received, inspected and the refund processed. Refunds typically will be refunded back to your original payment method.
