Please read these terms and conditions in full before you use this website, If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.

- All items purchased on this website are without warranty of any kind.
- Although I work hard to make sure the content on this website is accurate and up to date we can not guarantee that all the content is accurate and up to date.

- I hold all rights to all artwork that I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings.

- I retain the right to make reproductions of any of my artwork, unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork (this is in addition to purchasing the original). 

- Some buyers may wish to purchase the rights to reproduce artwork, ensuring it will never become a print; please let me know if you are interested in buying these rights.

- A deposit of 50% non-refundable of the quoted and agreed cost must be paid at the time of confirming the commission. Once agreed and the deposit is paid, the final price is not amendable. 

- I will send you an invoice with all of the confirmed details, and will not commence production until the deposit has been paid. If you decide to cancel once the commission has started, the 50% deposit will not be refunded to pay for the time taken to create the artwork.

- When you purchase an original painting you, the buyer, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

- You may share artwork on social media, If you do I politely ask that you credit the art to myself.

- I do not accept liability for any loss or damage .

- On this website you may also find links to third party websites. The provision of a link to such a website does not mean that we endorse that website. If you visit any website via a link, you do so at your own risk.
