Original Artwork Each original piece is prepared and shipped with great care directly by me. Please allow up to 2 weeks for signing, varnishing, and protective packaging before dispatch.
You're also welcome to collect your artwork in person from my Somerset studio please contact me to arrange a suitable date and time.
If you're outside the UK or EU and fall in love with an original, get in touch and we'll figure it out together.
Address Updates If you need to update your shipping address and your order hasn't yet been dispatched, please email me at samanthafrancesart@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I can resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Delivery Issues If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact me and I will arrange a replacement. Please note that I'm unable to offer free replacements for delays caused by incorrect address information.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the artwork and the packaging and email them to samanthafrancesart@gmail.com — I'll make sure a replacement is sent to you promptly.
