Original Artwork

If your purchase fails to meet your expectations, you’re entitled to a full refund within the first 28 days. Original artwork can be returned (insured) as long as it is undamaged and in all of its original packaging.

Prints

All prints are made to order and therefore non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage, including the packaging, and contact me at samanthafrancesart@gmail.com. I will arrange a replacement for you.

Once a print order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as it is custom-made for you. If you wish to cancel a print order, please contact me immediately—cancellations are only possible before production begins.

Sale & Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items cannot be returned.

Returns Process

To start a return, please contact me at samanthafrancesart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
