Cancellation of an order

Customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This right starts when you place your order and lasts 28 days after receiving your goods. To cancel, please notify me by email at samanthafrancesart@gmail.com or by phone before the cancellation period ends.
Once you've notified me, I’ll issue a refund as soon as possible. Note that banks or credit card companies may take some time to process the refund. If you possess the goods, please handle them with care and return them at your own cost to the provided address. If you fail to return the goods, I reserve the right to recover costs.
Returns
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and contact me at samanthafrancesart@gmail.com. Once I’ve received the photos, we’ll arrange a resolution.Due to the nature of commissioned artworks, no returns or refunds are accepted. Returns are only accepted for faulty products, which must be returned within 28 days of delivery. Refunds for approved returns will be issued to your original payment method.
Products cannot be refunded due to a change of mind. However, exchanges can be arranged if prints remain in their original sleeve and in resalable condition. All other products must be returned in their original condition. Additional postage fees may apply.
