Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 Cancellation of an order

  • All customers reserve the right to cancel their order under the consumer contracts regulations. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts from the moment you place an order and 28 days after you receive your goods.
  •  please notify me by email or phone before the cancellation period has ended.To start a return, you can contact me  at samanthafrancesart@gmail.com  If your return is accepted, I’ll  instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Once you have notified me at samanthafrancesart@gmail.com that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to me will be refunded to you as soon as possible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
  • If you are in possession of the goods, please take good care of them. You must send the goods back to me at my contact address, at your own cost, as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
  • I reserve the right to make a charge of costs to recover the goods if you do not return the goods as stipulated.

Returns

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, please take photos and contact me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Once I have received the photos of damage, I will come to an arrangement together with you to solve the issue.
  • Due to the nature of the products, no returns or refunds on original or commissioned artworks are accepted. Returns may be made on faulty products only. Faulty products must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
  • Products cannot be refunded due to a change of mind. However, an exchange can be arranged providing prints are still in the sleeve they were sent in and in resalable condition. All other products must be returned as received  Additional postage charges will apply.
