Original Artwork. Each original piece is prepared and shipped with great care directly by me. Please allow up to 3 business days for signing, varnishing, and protective packaging before dispatch. (You’re also welcome to collect your artwork in person from my Somerset studio. Please contact me to arrange a suitable date and time).

If you need to update your shipping address and your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, please email me at samanthafrancesart@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I can resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact me and I will arrange a replacement. Note: I can’t offer free replacements for delays caused by incorrect address information.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of both the artwork and packaging, and email them to samanthafrancesart@gmail.com. I’ll make sure a replacement is sent promptly.
