Unframed Prints ( non crystal waters collection)
Unframed prints are handled with the utmost care and presented beautifully. Each print is:

• Packaged in a protective paper or plastic sleeve.
• Tied with a bow and includes a handwritten card along with a Certificate of Authenticity.
• Shipped in a flat, anti-bend envelope or sturdy cardboard packaging, securely taped to prevent movement during transit.

Framed Prints ( no crystal waters coolection)
Framed prints are meticulously prepared to ensure they arrive ready to display. Every framed print is:

• Signed and wrapped in protective paper.
• Cushioned with multiple layers of protective packaging.
• Secured in a well-fitted box with reinforced corner protection to prevent damage.

Original artwork is packaged with the same high standards as framed prints. All pieces—whether originals —include a signed Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring their value and authenticity.

Returns:

Original artwork can be returned (insured) providing it is undamaged and in all of it's original packaging.

Please Note : Prints are made to order therefore not returnable. In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage including the packaging and I will arrange a replacement for you.
