I’m delighted to offer free worldwide shipping on all prints. Each one is made to order and carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing & Dispatch Times
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipping notification email with an estimated delivery date.
Fulfilment Centres
To reduce environmental impact and delivery time, your order is routed to the nearest fulfilment centre using the most efficient courier service based on your region.
Shipping may be tracked or untracked depending on location.
Original Artwork
Each original piece is prepared and shipped with great care directly by me.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 3 business days for signing, varnishing, and protective packaging before dispatch.

UK: Sent via ParcelForce Tracked (estimated delivery: 1–3 business days).

International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Larger pieces may incur additional fees. Some destinations may charge customs duties or taxes—if this applies, I will contact you before dispatch to discuss.
You’re also welcome to collect your artwork in person from my Somerset studio. Please contact me to arrange a suitable date and time.
Important Info for All Orders
Free Worldwide Shipping
Free shipping is included on all orders across my website. Occasionally, international taxes or customs duties may be applied by your country. If this happens, I will contact you prior to dispatch to discuss next steps.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address and your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, please email me at samanthafrancesart@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Incorrect Addresses
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I can resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact me and I will arrange a replacement.
Note: I can’t offer free replacements for delays caused by incorrect address information.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of both the artwork and packaging, and email them to samanthafrancesart@gmail.com. I’ll make sure a replacement is sent promptly.
